Bids request for our services can be expediated with the following:

• Scope of Services Requested
• Start and End Date - Project Duration
• Date of Site Visit
• Bid Due Date
• Specifications, Full Scale Drawings, Sketches
• Contact Person
• Engineers Estimate ( when available)

Phase I: Our estimators begin once the scope of work  and projected schedule has been provided along with the specifications, drawings, and contacts.

Phase II: A site visit with the owner's representative will insure all the environmental conditions are understood and key requirements  that could impact the cost is factored in during estimating and planning stage.

Phase III:  Develop the cost estimate and seek approval to proceed.
