Our organization was founded by an African American Female Chemical Engineer with over twenty years of experience in completing large scale Technology, Process and Project Management initiatives.  Established in 1998 BI Group maintains a family structure,  creating jobs and seeking opportunities in a non traditonal industry.

The Operational Division is headed by  Ken Charles and a team of seasoned professionals with expertise in safely managing continuous operations, high risk environments, and facilities infrastructures in the industrial sectors.
